Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will reach out to you directly via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

U.S. Shipping & Supported Addresses

Dream Beam Studio ships to all addresses within the United States, including U.S. Territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. If you have opted for shipping that includes tracking, your Shipment Confirmation email will include your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Dream Beam Studio is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and applicable taxes,  are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Dream Beam Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact your shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We ask that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim has been resolved.
