Pricing & Payment

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price.
Sales Policy
Returns
Dream Beam Studio offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Your receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at dreambeamstudio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Including photos of any damage or defect will help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards. If you have questions about whether your specific item is eligible for return, please contact us before initiating a return request.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once your return has been accepted, place a separate order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping & Damages
Dream Beam Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Shipping-related damage or loss claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. Dream Beam Studio is not responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, or taxes applied to orders during or after transit. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
