Orders
How do I place an order? Simply browse our shop, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, feel free to contact us at dreambeamstudio@gmail.com before placing your order.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed? We are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you have an urgent concern, contact us at dreambeamstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, contact us at dreambeamstudio@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.
Shipping
Where does Dream Beam Studio ship? We ship to all addresses within the United States, including U.S. Territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How long does it take to process my order? All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing may take a few additional days. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
How will I know when my order has shipped? Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping charges are calculated based on your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Can delivery be delayed? Yes, delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will reach out to you directly.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How do I start a return? Contact us at dreambeamstudio@gmail.com to initiate your return. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Are there items that cannot be returned? Yes. The following items are not eligible for return: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care goods, sale items, and gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before initiating a return.
How do exchanges work? The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once your return has been accepted, place a separate order for the item you want.
When will I receive my refund? Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at dreambeamstudio@gmail.com.
Products
Are your products authentic? Yes. Every product sold by Dream Beam Studio is 100% authentic and imported directly from Japan. We specialize in genuine Japanese stationery, including officially licensed character goods from brands like Sanrio, San-X, Mofusand, Snoopy, and more.
Will the colors of the product look exactly as shown on my screen? We do our best to represent our products accurately in photos. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or device settings. Exact color accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
Do you restock sold-out items? We do our best to restock popular items, but because our products are imported directly from Japan, availability can vary. Follow us on social media or join our email list to be the first to know about restocks and new arrivals.
Where can I find new arrivals? Our New Arrivals collection is updated regularly with fresh drops from your favorite Japanese brands. Check back often as new stock goes fast.
Damages & Issues
My order arrived damaged. What should I do? Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at dreambeamstudio@gmail.com. Including photos of the damage or defect will help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Is Dream Beam Studio responsible for shipping damage? Dream Beam Studio packs every order flat with cardboard or chipboard to protect your items in transit. However, once your order leaves our hands, we are not liable for damage caused by the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and save all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is resolved.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major payment methods available through Shopify's secure checkout, including major credit cards and other options displayed at checkout.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. All payment transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment infrastructure. Dream Beam Studio does not store your payment information.
